CARRIER onboarding requirements
Before we can begin dispatching services, carriers must provide:
- Active MC/DOT Authority
- Certificate of Insurance (MINIMUM $1,000,000 Auto Liability Coverage AND $100,000 Cargo Coverage)
- Completed Carrier Questionnaire
- Signed Carrier Packet
- Signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement
- W-9 Form
- Factoring Information
- FreightGuard Report in Good Standing
- Access to Load Board Accounts
- Access to LED Account
